My 2008 Website Redesign
It seems like every year I redesign my site. I decided this year I wanted to go for a cleaner look. The reason why, because I wanted the focus of my visitors to be more on my art and less on the website. Plus it can be a real pain in the ass updating a site that is all full of the bells and whistles. Ya savvy? Below are some screen shots. One of my old home page and then one of my new home page.
Here is the old home page. And...
Here is the new look of my home page, and the rest of my site. Have a happy new year!

I'm Famous Now...
I found out that there is a street in CT that bares my families name. Dinunzio rd is located in Oakville CT, never heard of the town, but none the less it is there. I've provided a map below to prove the lengths I'll go to too make myself look real freakin geeky on this damn blog.
with all that said the road really does exist.

Spikey Joe and Whitey are gearing up with our first graphic novel soon to be released. This illustration above is part of a spread for "The Shy One at the Orgy", an on-line Graphic novel soon to be appearing at spikeyjoeandwhitey.com. Roman Dirge's "Lenore"
I'm big fan of his work! I actually got to meet him earlier this year. He's a real nice guy, down to earth.
If you want to check out some more Lenore video clips that are a bit better quality go to http://www.nightrose.com/lenore.htm

The Circus Show Opening
So here are the photos from the Circus Show, compliments of my friends Amy, Mike, and my siss Melissa. The night kicked ass. The ruff estimates are out and there was believed to be around 400 people who attended the opening through out the night. There were so many people that the Fire Marshal came. That is the first time it has ever happened at an ArtSpace opening. Thats Right.

Thundercat Tool Video
This one is pretty good, but if you watch it you'll notice that half the scenes are from the Silver Hawks and some from the Transformers. Boy that was real geeky of me.
Sis Gets Blogged

A Plan Finally Starts to Come Together...
In addition too my own Graphic Novel project, "JD's Twisted Tales from the Flaccid City", I've been working on another Graphic Novel project with the Kick-Ass, accomplished writer and friend of mine Adam Bulger. We are calling it "Spikey Joe and Whitey". Adam "Whitey" Bulger does the writing and I do the Illustrations. Unlike The Flaccid City Tales where I do both the writing and Illustrations, and which the stories are mostly macabre fairy tales for adults. The Spikey Joe and Whitey stories are going to cover wide range of topics from sci-fi to horror. Adam has already turned out two great stories. Now I just have to get my ass in gear and Illustrate them. The first book is coming out on November 1st, and the website will be fully functional around mid October. I'll be filling you guys in on more details as the deadline gets closer. Later.

My Sister's World Travels & Photos.
My sister Melissa takes some pretty damn good photos, but this one happens to have been taken by one of her friends! She is planning on sending me some of her own soon. She travels a lot, and has been to Europe, South America, and Africa, where the photo above was taken. That pretty girl is scraping the skin off of a monkey's skull. Ahhhhh chilled monkey brains what a delicacy! I'll see if she could hook me up with some more cool shots in the future. Pretty cool shit!
Batman IS a Superhero!
Well the quite intense poll has ended and the votes have been counted... Batman is a superhero. It took hours, days even to count all 10 votes, but he came out on top! Here is the breakdown after 7 recounts: 5 votes for yes he is a super hero, 3 votes for no he is not (what ever) and 2 votes for I'm a Douche-Bag and have no opinion. I honestly thought the last one would of been the clear winner. So Nate suck it up!

The mission was a success!
So this past weekend I was able to sneak into Flaccid Labs. Sure it took me about three hours of crawling through Flaccid City's sewers and some real smart maneuvers to get around some of the biggest alligators you'll ever see, but I did it. I discovered that The Dough Doggy isn't the evil little gremlin that likes to crawl into expensive equipment and gobble it up from the inside out, he's a peaceful but yet very curious creature, with a killer appetite. And for a little ball of living dough he sure could consume what seemed to be ten times his body mass, and move faster than a cockroach running from the light. He also seemed to be a bit of a prankster. I know one of Dr. Allen Main's assistants, and she owes me a favor, so lets see if I can get the top secret papers on how Dough Doggy came to be. I'll keep you posted.
